Panglao also holds annual celebration dubbed as Sinulog sa Panglao which is equally festive, grandest, most distinguished colorful festival like the Hudyaka sa Panglao that falls every fourth Sunday of January. This festival is basically patterned to the Cebu’s Sinulog Festival that is held annually in Cebu City. The Sinulog sa Panglao festival is spearheaded by the parish church in coordination with the different chapel chairpersons in the barangays. it is basically participated by the different sectors in the academe in Panglao both private and public. Just like the other religious festivals, this is fundamentally a dance ritual which remembers the Filipino people’s pagan past and their recognition of Christianity.

The festival features some of the participating contingent’s most colorful displays of talents emphasizing culture and tradition.
